What's next, complaining about drafts in a restaurant?
Now that my daughter can ride a bike semi-independently, I have rediscovered bicycle riding. I pulled my 13 year old Fuji Cadenza mountain bike and blew the 4 year old dust off. After taking it for a much-needed tune up and new tires, I took it for a spin. I quickly realized either my derrière was bigger, or just by aging I am more sensitive to the uncomfortable. Either way, I was on a mission to find the most comfortable bike seat around. I wanted the biggest, springiest, cushiest tractor seat I could find. Well I found it, and it has fat springs on it.
While a decade ago, I wouldn't be caught dead on such a fashion atrocity, at this point in my life, after sickness, triumph and child birth, I will always rule in favor of comfort and practicality.
